Refund policy

Returns: We are a made to order business which means, we make your products after you place your order. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as color or size discrepancies. Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. To expedite the resolution, provide a photo of the defective or damaged item. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement.

Return Shipping Costs: For returns of defective or damaged items, we will cover the shipping costs. Please note if you wish to return an item for other reasons, such as a change of mind, color or size discrepancies, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Invalid Addresses or Delivery Errors: If there is an issue with the delivery due to an invalid address or other delivery errors, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to correct the issue and arrange for the item to be reshipped.
