Galactic Flow is run by me, Kassidy (they/them), 👋🏾 a Black, gender‑nonconforming creator passionate about representation and joyful design.

Every item is made-to-order with representation and sustainability in mind.

⭐ Why do you use Print-on-Demand (POD)?

Print‑on‑demand helps reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and ensure every item is made just for you.

Ordering & Customization

⭐ Can I customize my order?

Yes! Many products allow personalization like names or pronouns.

⭐ How do I personalize my order?

Add your custom text in the box on the product page. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out.

⭐ I made a mistake on my order - What should I do?

Email me within 24 hours at contact@galacticflow.shop within 24 hours. After production begins, changes may not be possible.

⭐ What if I don’t know which pronouns to choose?

Use the pronouns your recipient uses or ask them if you’re unsure.

⭐ Do you make custom designs for special requests?

I’m open to special requests! Email me with your idea.

Shipping & Delivery

⭐ How long will it take to get my order?

🛠️ Production: 2-7 business days

🚚 Shipping: 4-12 business days (U.S. only)

Each item is made-to-order, so please allow time for production before shipping!

⭐ Why did I get my items in separate packages?

To get your goodies to you faster, some products may ship from different locations. If you receive part of your order first, don’t worry, the rest is on its way!

⭐ Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

⭐ Where do you ship?

Currently, I only ship within the U.S., but I hope to expand in the future!

Returns & Exchanges

⭐ Can I return or exchange my order?

Since all physical products are made-to-order, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color preferences, or a change of mind.

Please double-check sizes and personalization before submitting your order!

⭐ What if my order arrives damaged?

Oh no! 😢 If your item is damaged or defective, contact me within 30 days with a photo, and I’ll do everything I can to make it right!

⭐ Can I return or cancel digital downloads?

Digital downloads cannot be canceled once the file has been accessed or downloaded. Digital downloads cannot be refunded once purchased.

⭐ Why do you feature pronoun designs?

Because representation matters! Pronoun designs create visibility, spark conversations, and help normalize respecting people’s identities. Whether you're rocking your own pronouns or gifting them to someone you love, it's a powerful way to say, "I see you, and you matter."

⭐ What if I'm unsure about someone's pronouns?

If you're unsure, it's always best to ask! If that’s not possible, I recommend using their name.
