Order Processing

We are a made to order business which means, we work with production partners to make your item. Your item is created after you place your order. 

Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase. Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 7 business days for production.
  • Multiple Items? If you order more than one item, you may receive multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 4 to 12 business days, depending on your location.
  • Where I Ship: At this time, I only ship within the United States.
  • Free shipping to orders over $75.00!

Returns & Exchanges

Many Galactic Flow items are created just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Size selection
  • Color preferences
  • Change of mind
  • Personalized or custom items

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact me within 30 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue.

Once verified, I'll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or damaged items, return shipping is covered.
  • Returns for other reasons (where applicable) require the buyer to cover return shipping costs.

Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.
  • No refunds or exchanges are available once a digital product has been purchased.

Delivery Issues

If your order has an issue due to an invalid address or delivery error, please contact me as soon as possible! I’ll work with you to correct the issue and arrange for reshipment.
